The Hawke 475 tamperproof stopping plug is a metallic fitting designed to blank unused openings on thick walled hazardous area enclosures. Dual Certified ATEX/IECEx (along with many more) for use in Flameproof (Exd) protection concepts. Also approved for use in Group I Mining Applications, and NEC Class I Div I Explosion proof.
The 475 tamperproof stopping plug is manufactured in Brass, Nickel Plated Brass, Steel, Nickel Plated Steel and Stainless Steel. (Aluminium for Group II use only).
